Each Ultra Bilberry, Lutein & Zeaxanthin tablet contains 10mg of Lutein (as free form Lutein), 2mg of Zeaxanthin and 500mg of Bilberry from a concentrated extract. The Bilberry used is a high quality extract, selected and standardised for its anthocyanin content. Anthocyanins are the active substances found in Bilberry; a type of flavonoid and natural pigment which give the characteristic dark blue colour to the berry.
