Directions: Take 4 tablets 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, take 4 additional tablets earlier during the evening.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to take. Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not take if you are taking any other medicine that makes you sleepy, or for stress or anxiety. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine. You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen, or do not improve after 4 weeks.
Alcohol may increase the sedative effect.
Therefore alcohol should be avoided whilst taking this medicine.
This product may make you feel drowsy or dizzy. If affected, do not drive or use machines.Do not use if cap seal is broken.
